What is good nutrition and healthy habits?
Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals.

Nutrition is important for everyone. When combined with being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight, eating well is an excellent way to help your body stay strong and healthy.

We advise you to:
1. Do morning exercises.
2. Eat at the same time to quickly form the correct habit.
3. Drink 30 ml of water / day per 1 kg of weight: for example, with a weight of 67 kg you need to drink a two-litre bottle of water.
4. Walk up the stairs to strengthen the muscles. That's no brainer cardio!
5. Train 3 times a week: one functional training, one cardio training and one strength training.
6. Strive for 10,000 steps per day - track by application or fitness bracelet.
7. Sleep about 8 hours a day to fully recover.
How geniusfood works?
Ordering with geniusfood is very easy.

When people come to us, they always have a goal on their mind. Some people want to lose weight, some of them want to build muscle, and some of them simple don't have/want to cook, shop, clean etc. Whatever your goal, we can help you out!

Step One. The first step is to choose your goal. We have an option for everyone. Despite eating healthy, you can save on average 20hrs a week which you can spend doing your favourite activities rather cooking.

  • Fat Loss Meal Plan - Supporting safe and effective fat loss, this meal plan focuses on controlling your intake, whilst ensuring you are nourished with all the good stuff needed to keep your body functioning optimally. Check it out here.
  • Lean & Clean Meal Plan - For healthy living, and weight maintenance. This meal plan is tailored to provide you with just the right amount of calories to ensure you maintain your goal weight. Check it out here.
  • Muscle Gain Meal Plan - When bigger is better. Designed with growth in mind, this plan supplies all the nutrients to build muscle, fuel your workouts and perform at your peak. Step Two. Here is where we step in. After you have chosen your desire meal plan, our 5* chefs begin to prepare the food. Your food is prepared using always the freshest products from trusted suppliers. The ideally portioned meals backed with vitamins and minerals are carefully then packaged and delivered to you using our in-house couriers.

Step Three. The final step is to store the food in the fridge. Whenever you are hungry, just warm it up in the microwave. It takes less than 2 minutes to, and your food is ready to be enjoyed.




How much does it cost?
The price of your geniusfood box will depend on the menu you choose and the length (the longer you sign up for, the better the daily rate).

You can choose from 6 days, 12 days, 24, days, 30 days, and 48 days.

Delivery cost: free delivery within M25.

We also have a taster day option which you can try out! It costs only £15 and you will get 4 meals to try - a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack from our menu.

When and how do you deliver?
We currently deliver 3 days a week, so you can choose a delivery slot to fit in with your life: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.

We deliver to your door using our in-house courier team. Your delivery can arrive anytime between 6pm-12am. We will text you an hour before your delivery window so you'll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

What about nutritional information?
All our dishes are a source of protein and low in sugar (both of which are nutritionally protected claims), and contain at least 2 of your 5-a-day.
