Absolutely not! While gyms are excellent places to use equipment to help you reach your weight loss and fitness, they are not necessary to lose weight. Losing weight is about increasing physical activity and decreasing caloric intake. This can be achieved anywhere by simply increasing your daily  activity and eating a low calorie diet such us our Fit Menu. 


Simple choices like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further away while shopping and running errands, going for walks with your friends and family all contribute to increased caloric burn. When combined with a sensible diet this can lead to successful weight loss.  

Cheat days can have both positive and negative effects on the human mind. Many people feel that regular cheat days help them stick to a strict diet. 


With us, you will not need to think about cheat meals at all because we introduced tasty desserts to keep you satisfied.

We advise you to:

1. Do morning exercises.

2. Eat at the same time to quickly get used to a new lifestyle.

3. Drink 30 ml of water per day, per 1 kg of weight: for example, with a weight of 67 kg you need to drink two litres of water.

4. Train 3 times a week: one functional training, one cardio training and one strength training.

5. Strive for 10,000 steps per day - track by application or fitness bracelet.

6. Sleep for 8 hours to fully recover.

It's not possible to burn fat on just one area of your body, but lowering your overall body fat levels will slim down your stomach, waist, legs and thighs — in addition to your back, arms and face. To get the slim, toned appearance you seek, you'll need to pair a balanced diet with a workout program that promotes muscle growth. You shouldn't expect a major change in your physique overnight, but stick to your diet program for gradual weight loss that delivers long-lasting results.

Generally to lose 1 to 2 pounds (0.5 to 1 kilogram) a week, you need to burn 500 to 1,000 calories more than you consume each day. Don't forget that it all depends on many factors: starting point, your current health, fitness, habits and goals you set.


While you can take care of the rest, our Fit menu will take care of the food you eat. 

The amount you need to eat for your body to lose weight depends on a range of factors, including your size, age, gender and how physically active you are.


If you need to lose weight, aim to lose about 0.5 to 1kg (1 to 2lb) a week until you reach a healthy weight for your height. 

You should be able to lose this amount if you eat and drink about 500 to 600kcal fewer a day than you need. We recommend you to try our Fit menu which is 1200kcal per day.

When your package will be delivered for the first time, you will also receive your menu on a paper which will contain the names of each dish and the calories/proteins/carbs/fats.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best.

This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions, and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.

Most people in the UK eat and drink too many calories, too much saturated fat, sugar and salt, and not enough fruit, vegetables, oily fish or fibre.

Our menu is already made up and approved by nutritionists and  it does not imply individual changes. 


However, if you are allergic to any product, please let us know in advance. We will clarify whether it is in our dishes. 

We work only with large and trusted suppliers, which allows us to offer high-quality dishes. 


In our packages, we focus on protein food - the main source of human life, of which our muscles and internal organs are composed. 


The main sources of protein include meat (beef, chicken, turkey), red fish (salmon) and white (cod, sea bass, haddock). 


All of these products are included in the menu we are working towards updating the menu regularly.

We recommend warming up dishes other than those that can be eaten cold. 


However, of course, it all depends on taste preferences. If it's not possible to warm up the meals, then you can eat the dishes cold.

We prepare all the dishes exclusively from natural ingredients without any artificial additives, therefore the shelf life of dishes is 48 hours.


We recommend storing the meals in the fridge. Do not forget to follow the sequence of meals marked on the package.

If you know in advance that you can’t receive the food on the delivery day, then let us know at least 24 hours in advance (before 12:00 p.m.). We can change the address and time or freeze the delivery and leave it for another convenient day. 


If the courier is at your address and you are inaccessible / do not pick up the phone / did not ask to leave the food package with the concierge in advance, the courier will be able to stay at the delivery address for no more than 15 minutes, after which he will leave for another client.

We deliver all the meals across London using our own courier service.


The delivery is every 2 days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.


Each delivery day covers 2 days of meals, and the delivery hours are from 17:00 - 00:00.


You will receive a text message from your driver 1hr before your delivery, so you know the food is on its way.


The delivery is Free and it covers the M25.
